Orr’s Jewelers is committed to providing complete customer satisfaction. We are a certified agent for all the lines of Swiss watches we carry, and can handle everything from simple bracelet adjustments and strap replacements (which we stock in-house), to cleaning and general counsel on how to care for your timepiece. In addition, we use only expert watchmakers to perform maintenance and repairs on your timepiece.

If your watch should require specialized repairs, we can coordinate the return of your timepiece to an appropriate service center.
